1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Viprasol Tech ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the ViperAgents platform at viperagents.com and related services. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

ViperAgents is a multi-agent AI platform that deploys autonomous AI agents (Sales, Product, Growth, Ops, Coder, and others) for your business. We offer two deployment models:

Self-Hosted — You deploy and manage ViperAgents on your own infrastructure. We provide the software and setup support.
Fully Managed (We Host) — We deploy and manage the platform on our infrastructure. You access it via our dashboard.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis via Razorpay. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 7 days' prior notice to active subscribers.
Failed payments may result in service suspension. You will be notified before suspension.

4. Free Trial

Where we offer a free trial, it is available to new customers only. Only one free trial per person or business is permitted. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@viprasol.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the service until that date. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on refunds.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ViperAgents to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Send spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited bulk communications
Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or deceptive content
Infringe on intellectual property rights of any third party
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or gain unauthorised access to our systems
Resell or redistribute the platform without written authorisation from Viprasol Tech

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The ViperAgents platform, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Viprasol Tech. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform solely for your internal business purposes during your active subscription.

Content you create or process through the platform remains your property. By using the platform you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

ViperAgents uses large language models (including Claude by Anthropic) to generate content and perform tasks. AI-generated output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any output before using it for business decisions, communications, or publication. Viprasol Tech makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Viprasol Tech and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
